To provide you with the best available price on any given day of the year, we operate a sophisticated price management system, which enables us to guarantee to you the best quote for the period you wish to stay.
The following tariff provides you with a guideline of our prices - we promise to never quote any higher than the top rate illustrated on this tariff and sometimes we quote less!
Published Rates (Excluding Breakfast):
- £160 per single room
- £180 per twin/double room
- £200 per executive room
Rates are quoted in Pounds Sterling Rates are inclusive of Full Scottish Breakfast and VAT at 17.5%.

We have family rooms available accommodating up to 2 adults and 3 children.
Children up to 12 stay free when sharing with two adults. Children aged 12-16 are charged at an additional £10.00 per child per night.
Cots and Highchairs available at no additional charge.
Each of the 52 Bedrooms contains en-suite bathroom and shower, tea and coffee making facilities, 14 TV channels including 8 digital, 1 satellite + 4 channel radio, central heating, computer data point, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer, wake up service and 24 hour room service.
